
How will I know what's in my bin from week to week?
The contents of next week's bin is posted on the 'This Week's Bin' page every Friday. Once you sign up, we send an email on
Fridays with a reminder to check the website for the contents of the bin and to make changes. You have until Monday at 8:00
pm to make changes & substitutions.
Will the contents of my bin change from week to week?
Yes, the contents of the bins change from week to week, in fact, we bet you never receive the same combination twice! We
adjust the contents of each bin partly for variety and partly based on seasonal availability. You'll always receive staples, like
lettuce, green veggies & potatoes, but the varieties will change (i.e. Romaine lettuce one week & Spring mix the next). In
addition to staples, we'll include as many great local & seasonal selections as we can find!
How many people does each bin feed?
The Standard Bin, delivered weekly, is perfect for a family of 2-3. The Family Bins are generally double the amount of
produce in the Standard Bin & are perfect for larger families of 4-5 or vegetarian households.
What if I don't like a certain vegetable, or a family member is allergic to an item?
When you sign up, we ask for a list of items you never want to receive & we'll always substitute more of another item in your
bin for that item. Or if you want to wait & see the list on the website each week, that's fine, too. Just let us know what you
don't want & what you'd like more of by Monday at 8:00 pm and we'll make the change.
When do you deliver?
We deliver weekly or biweekly (every other week) on either Thursday or Friday from 12:00 to 6:00 pm. Once you sign up for
your service, a delivery day will be set based on your desired delivery location.
Where do you leave my bin and how do you keep it cool in the summer?
Your bin can be delivered to any spot you specify; we suggest under shelter and in the shade, like on a front or side porch. Our
bins are heavy duty plastic totes & are delivered with freezer packs to keep your produce as fresh as possible. We ask that
you leave last week's bin & freezer packs in the same spot, so we can pick them up when we deliver.
How do I pay for my bin?
Payments are made by credit card. When you sign up, we'll contact you for your payment info and you'll be charged the day
of your delivery. If you wish to provide a different form of payment, please let us know.
Do you guarantee your produce?
Absolutely! If you are ever unsatisfied with our product or service, we'll do everything we can to make it right by replacing
the item or issuing a refund. We want to hear about your experience as our customer so we can improve our service to you!
