Arugula & Feta Pasta
This is a quick, easy and elegant dish. Serve as a main course with favorite loaf of bread or as
a side dish. Also good with grilled chicken or shrimp. Serves 6.
5 oz feta cheese
2 cups coarsely chopped
arugula
1 cup diced tomatoes
¼ cup olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
Salt & pepper
8 oz of your favorite pasta
  • Cook pasta in large pot of boiling water until done
  • Crumble cheese into large mixing bowl, add remaining ingredients
  • Drain pasta, toss with mixture
